Acceptable Use Policy
EmailPuff helps you keep your real inbox free of spam. To keep the service free and safe for everyone, by using EmailPuff you agree to the rules below.
1. Prohibited uses
You may not use EmailPuff to:
- Commit fraud: impersonate people or organizations, run fake login pages, or take over other people's accounts or money.
- Send or support spam: mass-create accounts for spam, unauthorized advertising, or manipulating votes and reviews.
- Evade bans: create new accounts to return to a service that banned you, or abuse promotions and free trials against that service's terms.
- Harass or threaten anyone.
- Receive or share illegal content, including child sexual abuse material, copyright-infringing material and stolen personal data.
- Deliberately read other people's mail, or use received mail to take over accounts that are not yours.
- Disrupt the service: send large volumes of automated requests, deliberately overload the system, or try to get around limits and protections.
- Do anything that breaks the law where you live.
2. Things we strongly advise against
EmailPuff inboxes are public and messages delete after 1 hour. Do not use EmailPuff for banking, payment apps, work accounts, government services or any account you need to keep long term.
3. How we handle violations
When we detect or receive a report of a violation, we may:
- Block or delete a specific address or inbox.
- Refuse mail from certain senders.
- Limit or block access from an IP address.
- Cooperate with and provide information to authorities when required by law.
We also reserve certain names (such as admin, support and postmaster) to prevent impersonation.
4. Reporting abuse
If you see an EmailPuff address being used for fraud, spam or other violations, send a report to or use the Contact & feedback page, including:
- The EmailPuff address involved.
- When it happened (as precisely as possible).
- A short description and any evidence you have (screenshots, message subjects).
5. No warranty
EmailPuff is provided free of charge and "as is". We do not guarantee that every message will arrive, that every website will accept EmailPuff addresses, or accept responsibility for loss caused by missing mail or by others reading mail in a public inbox.
6. Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows the latest change. Continuing to use EmailPuff means you accept the updated policy.
